This 15ppm Bilge Water Separator is an advanced environmental protection product designed in compliance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) MEPC.107(49) standard, ensuring that the oil content in the effluent water is ≤15ppm. This separator is a state-of-the-art product capable of effectively treating various fluids in bilge water, including fuel oil, high-density residual oil, and emulsion mixtures combined with black ferric oxide and surfactants.
In addition to marine applications, this separator is also suitable for industrial and petroleum sectors. The effluent oil content from the separator meets all standards set by the Chinese Environment Bureau.
This separator has obtained two authorized patents and six practical new patents. It has also received type approval from CCS and IMO circular in July 2007, and in January 2009, it was certified by Germanischer Lloyd (GL).
