2WW Type Double Screw Pump
1. The Characteristics
- The liquid delivery is stable, pulsation – free, non – stirring, low vibration, and low noise.
- It has strong self – suction performance. When transporting multiphase mixing, the gas content is not higher than 80%, and the sand content is not higher than 500g/m³.
- The external bearing structure adopts independent lubrication and can transport various non – lubricating media.
- The synchronous gear is used, and there is no contact between the two rotors, so even a short time of idling is no problem.
- The pump body is equipped with a heating jacket, which can transport media with high viscosity or solid – containing media.
- The correct selection of materials can even transport various low or high – viscosity media that are clean or contain solid small particles (usually the particle diameter is less than 0.12 – 0.2mm).
- The double – suction structure has no axial force on the rotor.
- Seals or bellow mechanical seals are used at both ends of the shaft, which have the characteristics of long life, less leakage, and wide application range.
2. Range of Application
- Oilfield: Used as a multiphase pump for oil, gas, water, and trace fine solid particles, and as a crude oil delivery pump.
- Shipbuilding industry: Used as ship loading pumps, ship bottom cleaning and sewage treatment, main engine lubricating pumps, fuel oil pumps.
- Petrochemical industry: Used as loading and transportation pumps for various resins, pigments, paraffin, paints, inks, emulsions, various oils, crude oil, etc.
- Thermal power plant: Used as heavy oil and crude oil delivery pumps, and main engine lubricating oil pumps.
- Food industry: Used as alcohol, honey, syrup, fruit juice, animal and vegetable oil, milk, varnish oil delivery pumps.
