Self Righting Lifeboat | SOLAS-Compliant Marine Safety Equipment
This fully SOLAS-compliant self righting lifeboat is engineered to meet the latest international regulations, including SOLAS, LSA Code, and amendments MSC.218(82), MSC.272(85), MSC.320(89), MSC.81(70), MSC.226(82), MSC.274(85), and MSC.321(89). Constructed with fire-retardant fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), the lifeboat ensures superior durability, puncture resistance, and cutting protection.
Key features include an integrated automatic self-righting air tank system, which enables the lifeboat to quickly recover from capsize without sustaining a 180-degree inversion. The vessel is designed for high performance even under full load, achieving speeds exceeding 6 knots with an endurance of over 24 hours.
Additional safety elements include anti-skid walking surfaces, SOLAS-mandated equipment packages, manual bilge pumps, optional rubber fender protection, and multi-position access doors. Natural ventilation is maintained through an automatic valve located on the superstructure, which remains above water in all heel conditions (0–180 degrees) and prevents under-pressure during engine operation.
Ideal for offshore and marine applications, this lightweight yet robust lifeboat offers reliable emergency evacuation and is built for rapid deployment and transport.
