How It Works: Intelligent Combustion Control

Our marine incinerator utilizes an automated register-based control system that dynamically regulates fuel supply based on real-time chamber temperature:

Start-Up Phase: The system initializes with a medium fuel level register to ensure stable ignition.
Temperature-Driven Adjustment:
- Rapid temperature rise → gradually reduces fuel.
- Slow temperature increase → steadily adds fuel.
- Temperature drop → rapidly increases fuel.
High-Temperature Regulation: Once the chamber reaches ≈970°C, the register decreases incrementally, reducing fuel input while maintaining efficient sludge combustion.
Adaptive Delay Response: The system automatically adjusts timing based on temperature trends, allowing higher sludge dosing without flame failure or smoke.
