Marine Bilge Water Separation Processor
Our cutting-edge Advanced Marine Bilge Water Separation Processor represents the pinnacle of multi-stage filtration technology, meticulously designed to deliver superior treatment for oily bilge water on all types of marine vessels. This state-of-the-art system surpasses the most stringent international environmental standards, including IMO MEPC.107(49) and MARPOL Annex I, ensuring that discharged water contains no more than 15ppm of oil. Its advanced three-stage separation process guarantees compliance with global regulations, making it an indispensable tool for sustainable bilge water management and eco-friendly ship operations. Ideal for long-term use, this processor offers a seamless blend of high treatment efficiency, automated operation, and exceptional reliability, catering to the diverse needs of the maritime industry.
Key Features & Benefits
✅ IMO MEPC.107(49) & MARPOL Certified: This certification ensures that the treated bilge water meets the stringent requirement of having an oil content of 15ppm or less, facilitating legal and environmentally responsible overboard discharge. This helps marine vessels adhere to international environmental regulations and avoid costly fines.
✅ Advanced Three-Stage Separation Technology: The system employs a sophisticated combination of gravity separation, coalescing filtration, and membrane permeation. Gravity separation allows large oil droplets to settle naturally, while coalescing filtration aggregates smaller oil particles. Membrane permeation ensures the removal of even the tiniest oil molecules, delivering clean and safe water for discharge.
✅ Vacuum Feeding System: This innovative feature prevents emulsion formation, which can significantly hinder oil-water separation efficiency. By utilizing suction under negative pressure to draw in bilge water, it enhances the overall separation process, ensuring more effective treatment.
✅ Fully Automated Operation: The integrated 15ppm bilge alarm and automatic diverter valve work in tandem to continuously monitor the oil content in the water. If the water fails to meet the specified standards, the diverter valve recirculates it for further treatment, ensuring a consistent high-quality output.
✅ Global Marine Approvals: Certified by leading marine classification societies such as CCS, BV, DNV, ABS, LR, GL, KR, RINA, and EC, this processor is globally recognized and trusted for marine bilge water treatment, providing peace of mind to ship owners and operators worldwide.
✅ Robust Construction: Designed to withstand the harsh conditions of marine environments, including high humidity, salt-laden air, and constant vibration, this processor requires minimal maintenance and offers a long service life, reducing overall operational costs for marine vessel owners.

YSZ-2.0 15ppm Bilge Oily Water Separator
Description:
The YSZ series 15ppm bilge water separator is engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with pollution protection equipment manuals and IMO MEPC.107(49) resolution technical specifications for bilge water treatment in vessel machine locations. This device is designed to treat bilge water from various types of marine vessels efficiently.
The YSZ series separator boasts a compact structure, small volume, light weight, and strong treatment capacity. It features reliable performance, convenient operation, and low maintenance requirements. The device incorporates automatic and manual heating, automatic oil discharging, automatic alarm, and automatic recording of the operation process. Oil can be discharged manually if necessary, catering to vessels with higher automation degrees.
Theory:
The YSZ series 15ppm bilge water separator is a gravity-type oil filtering device. It consists of a separator, special pump, electric control chamber, 15ppm bilge water alarm device, filter assembly, and other pipelines, valves, and accessories. The separator adopts a three-grade oil-filtering mode. Vessel bilge water is infused into the first-grade oil filtering chamber, where the specific weight difference between water and oil is utilized to separate floating oil from the water. The condenser in the second-grade oil filtering chamber condenses and roughens the tiny oil grains, enabling them to separate and float on the water surface. The bilge water that meets the discharge standard after second-grade treatment is drained directly overboard. If the bilge water does not meet the discharge standard, it is recirculated for further treatment. The separated dirty oil accumulates on top of the oil filtering chamber and is discharged into the dirty oil tank when it reaches a certain amount.
