SWCM-400 Person High-Capacity Wastewater Treatment System for Marine & Terrestrial Applications
The SWCM-400 Person High-Capacity Wastewater Treatment System is a state-of-the-art solution designed for the prevention of pollution from ships and marine drilling platforms in seas and oceans, adhering strictly to the revised Annex IV of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL 73/78). This advanced system efficiently treats black water (human body wastes and toilet wastes on vessels) to meet the stringent effluent standards set by IMO MEPC.159(55), allowing for safe discharge overboard. Additionally, it is compliant with the resolution enacted on 13 October 2006, ensuring all Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) installed on or after 1 January 2010 meet these rigorous requirements.
Beyond marine applications, the SWCM-400 is also suitable for terrestrial sewage treatment, achieving national reuse water quality standards. It can effectively process grey water (galley and shower drainage) provided it undergoes pretreatment and a larger capacity model is selected to match the volume.
Our system holds certifications from leading classification societies including CCS, GL, ABS, DNV, BV, and RS, ensuring its reliability and adherence to global standards.
The SWCM-400 employs a combination of activated sludge, contact oxidation, and the principle of biological membrane to efficiently digest organic pollutants, meeting IMO’s new effluent standards and even stricter requirements.
