Foam Filled Fenders
General
Foam filled fender is the tough heavy-duty, and unsinkable floating fenders system used for the harbor, offshore and ship-to-ship operation. Netted foam fenders are designed with the chain and tire net. Netless foam fenders are without net protection.
Features and Advantages

Unsinkable foam core: 100% closed cell foam, even the skin was punctured, it also is unsinkable without absorbing water.

High energy absorption, low reaction force: We have various density foam core. It has higher performance than pneumatic fenders and other rubber fenders system.

Strong and tough skin: Spray the polyurethane elastomer on the skin, reinforced with nylon filament at optimum angle.

Vulcanized rubber skin: We also make the rubber skin, reinforced with nylon to provide the better abrasion resistance.

Outer Skin: Tough polyurethane elastomer outer skin, with nylon filament reinforced. For added strength, the thick skin is reinforced with nylon.

Foam Core: High-performance and quality closed-cell foam, combined with special laminating process, ensures the integrity of the fender core.

Inner Steel Tube: Controlled steel tube resists mooring load and provides a stable, non-abrasive core for the foam body.

UHMW PE Pads: Low-friction UHMW bearing pads, minimal maintenance. It can help the float to freely rotate around a pile, and falls with water level.
