Composition & Use
The marine hot well module is suitable for various types of ship steam condensation systems, such as oil-fired boilers, exhaust gas boilers, or oil-fired exhaust gas combination boilers.
The hot well module has two types:

Separated type – the hot well and condensing water tank are assembled with valves and instruments independently.

Combined type – the hot well tank, atmosphere condenser, condensing water observing tank, discharge system, pump, valves, and instruments are assembled as a complete unit.
Structure Characteristics
The hot well, atmosphere condenser, boiler water supply pump, condensing water observing tank, filtering system, as well as pipelines, fittings, and instruments connecting these devices, are all assembled on a common base or frame as an integrated module. It features a compact structure, rational layout, and easy operation.
The module has independent functionality. Before delivery, hydraulic tests and operation tests (if equipped with a boiler water supply pump) are carried out in accordance with relevant requirements.
After installation on board, it is only necessary to connect the interfaces to the corresponding pipelines of the steam condensation system. All external interfaces can be arranged according to the engine room layout requirements, ensuring convenient connection. The complete unit is easy to operate and run.
