VLH 53 Marine Air Compressor
I. Uses
The VLH 53 Marine Air Compressor is mainly used for starting ships and land – use diesel engines, and can also serve as a compressed air source for other industrial departments and pressure tests.
II. Structure and Characteristics
The VLH – 53 air compressor is of V – type twin – cylinder, air – cooled, two – stage compression. Its structure is compact, and the V – type twin – cylinder is self – balancing with low vibration. The compressor is equipped with a fan – forced cooling copper – tube finned cooler, which has good cooling effect and can work reliably under ship conditions.
III. Unit Configuration
- The unit can be driven by direct drive or belt drive, and can also be driven by a diesel engine via a belt. The common base is equipped with an oil – water separator, unloading solenoid valve, start – stop and pressure controller, exhaust soft pipe, and outlet flange pairing. It can also be optionally configured with a temperature control device and a muffler.
- The unit can be equipped with a wall – mounted electric control box, which can realize automatic unloading, automatic start, automatic stop, motor over – load and high – temperature exhaust alarm and shutdown, etc.
