LSHC – 50A Air Compressor for Ship
I. Uses
The LSHC – 50A air compressor is mainly used for starting ships and land – use diesel engines, and can also serve as a compressed air source for other industrial departments and pressure testing.
II. Structure and Characteristics
The LSHC – 50A air compressor is of vertical, air – cooled, two – stage compression type. Its structure is compact, with light weight and small volume. It adopts an aluminum alloy plate – type cooler, has good cooling effect, and can work reliably under ship conditions.
III. Unit Configuration
- The unit can be driven by direct drive or belt drive, and can also be driven by a diesel engine via a belt. It is equipped with a public base with an oil – water separator, pressure controller, unloading solenoid valve, and can be optionally configured with a temperature control device, shock absorber, and exhaust hose.
- The unit can be equipped with a wall – mounted electric control box, which can realize automatic unloading, automatic start, automatic stop, over – load and high – temperature exhaust alarm and shutdown, etc.
