UHB – ZK Series Corrosion – Resistant and Wear – Resistant Mortar Pump
1. Product Overview
The UHB – ZK series corrosion – resistant and wear – resistant mortar pump is a single – stage single – suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The over – current components are made of steel – lined ultra – high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is a new generation of engineering plastics with excellent corrosion – resistance, wear – resistance, and impact – resistance (especially excellent low – temperature impact resistance and creep resistance), and good anti – aging properties.
The pump is an energy – saving product with high efficiency. Its unique structure allows it to adapt to various working conditions such as conveying corrosive, abrasive slurry, and various dilute or concentrated liquids in the smelting industry. It can also be used for environmental protection and wastewater treatment. The pump has both corrosion – resistance and wear – resistance and has a wide range of applications.
2. Main Technical Performance Overview

- Features: Corrosion – resistant and wear – resistant, suitable for conveying acid, alkali, and clear liquid slurry.
- Structure:
- The pump body is steel – lined ultra – high molecular weight polyethylene with a lining thickness of 8 – 20mm.
- There are two types of impellers: closed and semi – open, which can be selected according to the medium conditions.
- Sealing: K type dynamic seal.
- Applicable media: Sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, various concentrations of salt iodine, liquid iodine, suitable for both clear liquids and slurries.
- Main technical parameters: Operating temperature range is – 20℃ – 80℃ (for special requirements, the temperature can be increased to 105℃), inlet diameter is 32mm – 250mm, flow rate is 5 – 600m³/h, head is within 50m.
3. Range of Application
- Thermal power generation: flue gas desulfurization, boiler dust removal, coal ash and water treatment, slurry treatment.
- Sulfuric acid phosphate fertilizer industry: transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, smelting acid, fluorosilicic acid, etc.
- Non – ferrous metal smelting industry: especially suitable for various acidic liquids, corrosive ore pulp transportation (with filter press), electrolytic solution, and other media transportation in the metallurgy of titanium, lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth, etc.
- Chemical and other enterprises: various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, oil – based clear liquid and slurry transportation.
- Chlor – alkali industry: hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, electrolyte, etc.
- Water treatment industry: pure water, high – purity water, seawater, salt – containing wastewater, circulating water, boiler feed water, electronic semiconductor pure water, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, etc.
- Iron and steel enterprise: acid – washing system, pickling tank, pickling liquid, etc.
- Matching wet desulfurization dust collector: can be used for both desulfurization and dust removal.
