ZYB-B Type Coal Tar Pump and Slag Pump
1. Overview
The ZYB-B type adjustable high-pressure fuel gear pump is an improvement based on the original ZYB type slag pump. The main parts select high-quality wear-resistant materials and, after heat treatment, possess high strength and hardness characteristics. The structure adopts multiple unique hydraulic balance technologies, enabling the pump to operate with high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, stable pressure, and long pressure-holding time under high pressure.
This pump features an adjustable clearance between the gear end faces. When the working pressure drops after a period of operation under pressure, the micro-adjustment mechanism on the pump cover can be used to adjust the gear end face clearance, thereby restoring the working pressure of the pump, which can be adjusted multiple times. Consequently, its service life is 5-10 times longer than that of general gear pumps. In China, it is the pioneering product with impurity-burning under high-pressure spray combustion conditions, reaching the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.
The design of this pump fully considers interchangeability with ordinary gear pumps. Its shape, size, and installation dimensions are basically the same as those of similar gear pumps, facilitating user replacement.
This pump model is suitable for conveying media with a temperature not higher than 260°C, a viscosity not greater than 1500mm²/s, and non-metallic impurities of heavy fuel oil, diesel oil, coal tar, and other low-grade inferior fuel oils containing non-metallic impurities. It is especially suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, grain and oil, building materials, daily chemical, construction, electricity, and asphalt mixing stations and other departments and industries for fuel injection combustion.
This pump is not applicable for conveying corrosive, metal-containing, granular diameter greater than 2mm sand and gravel impurities, and highly volatile, low flash point media such as gasoline and benzene.
