Features

  1. The π – type rubber fender has a large compression rating and high energy absorption, which is about 10% higher than that of super – arch rubber fenders.
  2. The fender installation is flexible. It can be installed horizontally, vertically, or in combination according to different dock structures to meet the needs of different wharves.
  3. A front – end anti – collision plate can be set on the fender, which can greatly reduce the face pressure on the ship’s side.
  4. Ultra – high molecular weight polyethylene pads are installed on the front surface of the anti – collision plate, which can reduce the friction coefficient between the ship and the fender, greatly reduce the shear force when the ship is docked, and improve the service life of the fender.
  5. After the fender is installed in a combined form, the inclination and compression performance change little.
  6. Larger rated compression with higher energy absorption.
  7. Multiple installation can meet the requirements of different docks.
  8. Front Panel in front of fender can reduce the surface pressure of vessel.
  9. UHMW – PE Pad on surface of Front Panel can reduce friction factor between vessel and fender system, meanwhile it will lower the shear force while vessel berthing.
  10. Using fenders of combined installation could reduce the effect during angle berthing.
