Features
- Super cell rubber fenders have the characteristics of high energy absorption and low reaction force.
- The front panel of the fender is equipped with a fender plate, which can greatly reduce the friction coefficient between the ship and the fender, thereby reducing the shear force on the fender and improving its service life. The surface pressure can be controlled below 200kN/m², making it particularly suitable for large ship berths.
- The anti-shock plate is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene board, which can reduce the friction between the ship and the fender, thereby reducing the shear force and improving the service life of the fender.
- Super cell rubber fenders have excellent multi-directional angular performance.
- The UHMW-PE pad is fixed on the frontal panel to lower the friction factor between ship and fender system, which can effectively extend the service life of fender system through reducing the shear force.
