Super Cone Rubber Fender
Features
- The super cone rubber fender has a more reasonable structure, with a deflection that can reach 70% – 72.5%. It offers double energy absorption compared to other same-size fenders, along with a long service life and low cost for dock projects.
- The performance remains almost unchanged when vessels berth at an angle under 10°.
- The frontal panel can reduce the surface pressure on the vessel, with the surface pressure controllable below 200kN/m². It is suitable for berthing large vessels.
- The UHMW – PE pad is fixed to the frontal panel to reduce the friction factor between the vessel and the fender system, thereby extending the service life of the fender system by reducing shear force.
- It features flexible and convenient installation.
