Super Arch Rubber Fenders
Features
- Super arch rubber fenders have higher energy absorption and lower reaction force compared with normal V-type rubber fenders, and are replacement products of V-type rubber fenders.
- They have a reasonable structure and a long service life.
- With flexible and convenient installation methods, they are available in a wider range of sizes and performances.
- The front end of the super arch rubber fender can be equipped with an anti-shock plate or an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene panel, which reduces the surface pressure on the fender and the ship’s hull, and greatly reduces the friction coefficient. This results in lower shear force during berthing and extends the service life.
- The frontal panel with UHMW – PE face pad can be installed on the top of the fender to reduce surface pressure and friction factor, providing lower shear strength during vessel berthing.
