Scope of Application

• Suitable for conveying lubricating oils without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, with a temperature not exceeding 150°C, and viscosity ranging from 5×10⁆ to 1500×10⁆ mm²/s. It can also convey various lubricating oils similar to the above-mentioned lubricating oils. This series is made of stainless steel and is suitable for conveying corrosive media.

• Can be used as transmission, booster pumps in oil delivery systems.
• Can be used as fuel pumps for delivery, injection, and spraying in fuel systems.
• Can be used as lubricating oil pumps in all industrial sectors.

Structure

• The KCB series gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump casing, gland, shaft seal, and end cover, etc. The gears are processed with high hardness and strength, and all rotating parts inside the pump utilize the conveyed medium for lubrication.
• The pump casing is designed with a reasonable oil return groove, so that the gear is under working load with minimal torque, thus having small bearing load, small wear, and high efficiency.
• The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overpressure protection. However, this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure-reducing valve for long-term work and may need to be adjusted separately when necessary.

Feature

• It is used in hydraulic systems to deliver non-corrosive lubrication oil at temperatures below 150°C or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibers, with a viscosity of 5-1500 cSt. Stainless steel material pump can be used to transfer food oil and corrosive liquid.

Application

• In the transfer oil system, it can be used as transmission, booster pump.
• In the fuel oil system, it can be used as a transport, pressure, jet fuel pump.
• In the hydraulic drive system, it can be used to provide hydraulic power for hydraulic pumps.
• In all industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.

Structure

• KCB series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shaft, pump casing, cover, safety valve, and shaft seal and other components.
• The hardened gear has the advantages of high hardness and strength and is fixed on the replaceable shaft sleeve. All pump parts can be automatically lubricated by the conveyed medium during pump operation.
• It is properly designed with a leakage and return channel, which allows the gear to bear the least torque force and reduces wear on bearings, thereby improving the efficiency of the pump.
• The pump is designed with a safety valve for protection against overload. The full return flow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted within the allowable pressure range according to actual needs. But please note that the safety valve cannot be used as a pressure-reducing valve for long-term operation. You may need to install a pressure-reducing valve separately on the pipeline if necessary.
