RY Type Air – cooled High – temperature Heat Transfer Oil Pump
1. Overview
With scientific construction and fine performance, the RY type air – cooled high – temperature heat transfer oil pump is used for transporting high – temperature fluids without solid particles. Its corrosion – resistance and service temperature depend on the material of the over – current part, mainly including three categories: I (HT200, ZG230 – 450), II (1Cr18Ni9Ti), and III (1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti).

Additionally, it is also widely used in machinery manufacturing, food processing, medicine – making, and the circulating system of oil supply for hot oil boilers in heating installations, as well as in the mechanical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical production, heat – oil furnace oil – supply circulating system, and heat – collecting and heat – returning circulating system.
3. Structural Introduction
The RY type air – cooled high – temperature heat transfer oil pump adopts a single – stage悬臂式 (cantilever – type, here “悬臂式” is Chinese and should be translated as it’s a technical term, but if in a pure – English context, we can use “cantilever – type”) structure with a support center. The pump inlet is axially – suctioned, and the pump outlet is vertically upward. The pump and the driving motor are assembled on the same base through an elastic coupling. The entire unit does not require an additional cooling system.
It is mainly composed of the shell, impeller, bearing, and shaft seal and other parts. The stuffing box structure with an auxiliary impeller is adopted for the shaft seal, which plays an auxiliary sealing role. The pump and the motor are connected by a three -爪型 (three – claw type) elastic coupling.
This pump has changed the traditional structure of the hot – oil pump in the design, adopting a natural heat – dissipation cooling part, reducing the pump volume, simplifying the structure, saving operation costs, and being safe and reliable.
