Pneumatic Rubber Fenders

General

The Marine pneumatic rubber fenders are manufactured and tested comply with ISO 17357. Our real Yokohama type pneumatic fenders are made based on Korean production technology.
Pneumatic rubber fenders consist of an out rubber, reinforcement synthetic-tire-cord layer, and inner rubber vulcanized firmly. Those end synthetic-cord layer can be used as the main element to sustain internal performance even under rough condition and cyclical load. The maintenance cost and damage risk are minimized too. The best material also ensure the self-buoyancy and its long-time service life.

Standard type is hanging type; Submarine type is fixed on the submarine; with built-in counterweight to keep correct angle.

Model:
- HPA 1700/2500: Submarine HP Fenders.
- HPB 3300/4500: Submarine Fenders.
- HPC 3000/3500: Submarine Fenders.

Installation: Hydro pneumatic fenders are usually installed on submarine boats and piers. For HPA type, the fender is normally installed on the submarine boats and can be used as a buffer and support. For HPB type, the fender is normally installed on the pier.
