Our Offshore Water Maker is a highly reliable seawater desalination system specifically designed to efficiently transform seawater with an average salinity of up to 35,000 parts per million (ppm) into high – quality drinking water. The produced water strictly adheres to the stringent National Drinking Water Standards, with a total dissolved solids (TDS) level of no more than 500 ppm. This system is an ideal solution for a wide range of marine, offshore, and coastal applications, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of potable water even in the most challenging environmental conditions.

All key components, such as the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, high – pressure pump, and piping, come with a 1 – year warranty, provided they are operated under the recommended conditions. These conditions include an ambient temperature ranging from 0 to 45°C, a seawater temperature between 5 and 35°C, and a humidity level of 20 to 95%.

The system is equipped with a raw water boosting unit to enhance the water pressure before treatment. It also features a multi – stage pretreatment process to prepare the seawater for desalination. An online salinity monitoring system continuously tracks the salt content of the water, and a semi – automatic cleaning and backflush system, assisted by compressed air for sand filter cleaning, ensures optimal performance with minimal maintenance requirements.
