Our SPM hawsers are constructed from high-tenacity Polyamide Nylon 66, a material chosen for its exceptional strength, elasticity, and energy absorption. The unique construction features a load-bearing core protected by a durable polyamide cover, offering superior resistance to abrasion, UV degradation, and harsh weather conditions.

• Premium Material & Construction: Built with Polyamide Nylon 66 synthetic rope for optimal performance, combining high tensile strength with excellent shock load absorption to handle dynamic offshore forces.

• Superior Durability & Resistance: Features excellent UV and abrasion resistance for marine ropes, ensuring a long service life even in the most challenging conditions. Maximum continuous temperature resistance is 80°C.

• Optimized for Marine Use: With a specific gravity of 1.14, this is a non-floating nylon hawser for offshore use, providing stable performance below the water’s surface. The distinctive white rope with a green marker ensures high visibility.

• Reliable Performance Data: Melting point of 215°C. Strength remains consistent with less than ±5% variation between wet and dry conditions.

• Chemical Resistance Note: Offers reasonable chemical resistance; however, performance can be affected by prolonged exposure to strong acids, oxidizers, and solvents.
