YCB Series Circular Arc Gear Pump
Scope of Application
- Suitable for conveying lubricating oils without solid particles and fibers, non – corrosive, with a temperature not higher than 80°C, and viscosity ranging from 5×10⁆ to 1500×10⁆ SSU (approximately equivalent to 1.1 – 370 cSt). This series is made of stainless steel and can convey food – grade oils and corrosive liquids.
Structural Features
- The gear pump adopts an advanced new – type circular – arc tooth profile. Compared with the involute gear, the most prominent feature is that the tooth profile has no relative sliding during gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, the operation is balanced, there is no liquid trapping, the noise is low, the service life is long, and the efficiency is high. The pump has broken through the design constraints of general gear pumps and has entered a new field in terms of design, production, and use.
- The pump is equipped with a pressure – relief safety valve for over – load protection. The full – flow return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure of the pump. The safety valve can also be adjusted within the allowable pressure range according to actual needs. However, this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure – reducing valve for long – term operation. If necessary, a pressure – reducing valve can be installed separately on the pipeline.
- The shaft seal has two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be selected by the user according to requirements.
Uses
- In the oil transfer system, it can be used for transmission and as a booster pump.
- In the fuel oil system, it can be used as a transport, pressure, and jet fuel pump.
- In all industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.
Feature
- It is used in hydraulic systems to deliver non – corrosive lubrication oil at a temperature below 80°C or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibers and with a viscosity of 5 – 1500 cSt. Stainless steel material pumps can be used to transfer food oil and corrosive liquid.
Structure
- The gears of the YCB series gear pump adopt a new double – circular – arc sinusoidal tooth profile with international advanced technology. Compared with the involute gear, the most prominent advantage is that the tooth profile has no relative sliding during gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, balanced operation, no liquid trapping, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. The pump is free from the constraints of traditional design, making the gear pump have a new field in design, production, and use. The YCB series gear pump is mainly composed of gears, shaft, pump casing, cover, bearing sleeves, shaft seals, and other components.
