RCB Series Insulation Gear Pump
Scope of Application
- Suitable for transporting media without corrosiveness, without solid particles, and with viscosity tendencies under normal temperature. Especially applicable in high – temperature outdoor installation and process medium requiring heat preservation, with medium temperature up to 250°C and viscosity of 5~1500cSt. This series is made of stainless steel material and is suitable for conveying corrosive media.
Uses
- Used for transporting heavy oil, asphalt, resin, detergent, etc.
Structural Features
- The pump body of this pump has a hollow夹层（此处应译为interlayer/sandwich layer，为保持专业用interlayer） layer and is equipped with inlet and outlet flanges flanges, which can be used for heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, and other media to heat and cool the transported liquid and the pump.
Feature
- It applies to transport the medium without corrosivity and solid grains and with freezing nature under the normal temperature. Especially for the cases such as extra – ventricular setting in chilliness district and craftwork course that need heat preservation. The medium temperature can reach 250°C, the viscosity is 5 – 1500cSt.
- It can transport such medium as heavy oil, asphalt, glue, detergent, etc.
Structure
- There is a hollow interlayer in the pump casing, and it is provided with an inlet and outlet flange, which can be used for heat – transfer oil, steam, hot water, and other media to heat and cool the transport of liquids and pumps.
