How It Works: Centrifugal Separation Technology
The marine disc centrifuge operates by rotating fluids at high speed within a drum, generating centrifugal forces far greater than gravity. This forces heavier solids and water to the outer wall while cleaner oil moves toward the center, achieving rapid and efficient separation. Unlike gravity separation, this process requires minimal time and space, making it ideal for continuous marine and industrial use.

Two Separation Modes:

  1. Purification: Separates solid impurities from liquid, with one inlet and two outlets.

  2. Clarification: Separates two immiscible liquids (e.g., oil and water) or liquid-solid mixtures, with one inlet and two outlets.
