This fully integrated unit combines a hydrophore tank, water pumps, valves, and piping into a single modular package—offering a space-saving, easy-to-install, and low-maintenance solution for modern marine water supply needs.
With both vertical and horizontal pump configuration options, this system provides flexibility to suit various spatial and operational requirements, making it an ideal choice for offshore and marine applications where reliability and efficiency are critical.
How the Offshore Hydrophore System Works
Using a precision pressure control mechanism, the system maintains optimal water pressure by compressing air within the tank via water pumped in from the connected water supply. Key components include:

Liquid Level Meter: Monitors real-time water levels within the tank.

Pressure Gauge: Displays current tank pressure.

Pressure Controller: Automatically starts the pump at 0.3 MPa and stops it at 0.4 MPa.

Safety Valve: Activates at 0.42 MPa to prevent over-pressurization.

Charge Valve: Allows compressed air intake to maintain air cushion.

Discharge Valve: Facilitates tank draining during maintenance.

Dual-Control Panel: Supports both manual and automatic operation, with main and backup pump options and a selector switch (SA3) for pump preference.
In automatic mode, the system seamlessly alternates between pumps based on pressure demands, ensuring uninterrupted water supply.
