Marine Hydrophore Tanks | Fresh & Sea Water Compatible

Efficient and Reliable Automatic Water Supply System for Ships

Our compact and user-friendly Marine Hydrophore Tanks are engineered for seamless integration into marine water systems. Suitable for both sea water and fresh water applications, this system is ideal for small to mid-sized vessels. Pre-configured before delivery—including control valve, safety valve, and pressure settings—our unit ensures quick installation and immediate operation with no additional tuning required.

Using advanced pressure control technology, the device automatically maintains optimal water pressure. When system pressure reaches 0.3 MPa, the pump stops; when pressure drops to 0.2 MPa, it restarts—providing a continuous and stable water supply with minimal user intervention.

Safety is integral to the design. The safety valve is preset to activate at 0.33 MPa (1.1 times maximum working pressure), offering reliable protection against overpressure scenarios caused by valve failure or accidental line closure.

How to Operate Your Automatic Water Supply Unit

  1. Pre-Operation Check: Ensure the device and all piping connections are intact and control valves are fully open.

  2. Start-Up: Power on the pump. The system will begin operating automatically.

  3. Automatic Operation: The pump cycles between 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa, delivering consistent water pressure on demand.

Note: All safety and pressure settings are pre-adjusted at the factory—no end-user configuration is needed.

Maintenance Guidelines for Long-Term Performance

To ensure reliability and extend service life, follow these steps:

  • Power Safety: Always disconnect power and wait 5 minutes before performing maintenance.

  • Pressure Checks:

    • For the first month, check pressure every 3 days. If stable, reduce to monthly checks.

    • Depressurize the system completely before using a pressure gauge to verify tank pressure (0.12–0.14 MPa).

  • Monthly Upkeep:

    • Clean the exterior surfaces.

    • Perform a full power reset (≥5 minutes) before restarting.

  • Troubleshooting:

    • Clear any foreign objects obstructing the pump fan.

    • Investigate motor noise exceeding 80 dB—may indicate bearing wear.

    • Should the pump or motor temperature exceed 55°C, immediately stop and inspect.
