Marine Calorifier Unit | Shipboard Hot Water Heater for Crew & Sanitation Use

Efficient Marine Calorifier for Reliable Hot Water Supply Onboard

Our Marine Calorifier Unit is engineered to deliver a consistent and efficient supply of heated fresh water for crew use on ships and offshore platforms. Designed to operate seamlessly in marine environments, this electric water heating system ensures comfort and compliance with international sanitary standards. Suitable for various vessel types, the calorifier is an essential component for showers, galley operations, cleaning, and general hot water applications.

With a range of capacities and a robust, thermally insulated design, this unit offers dependable performance, energy efficiency, and easy integration into your vessel’s freshwater system.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Thermally Insulated Design: 40 mm insulation layer with galvanized steel outer sheet (0.7 mm) reduces heat loss and improves energy efficiency.

  • Fully Automatic Operation: Equipped with low and high-temperature controllers (set at 50°C and 65°C) for precise and hands-free temperature management.

  • Safety Compliant: Includes a safety valve set to open at 0.42 MPa, protecting against overpressure scenarios.

  • Multiple Capacity Options: Available in sizes from 0.12 m³ to 1.0 m³ to match the needs of different vessels and crew sizes.

  • Corrosion-Resistant Build: Constructed to endure harsh marine conditions and ensure long service life.
