BCB Series Internal Meshing Cycloidal Rotor Pump
Scope of Application
- Suitable for conveying lubricating oils without solid particles and fibers, non – corrosive, with a temperature not higher than 150°C, and viscosity ranging from 5×10⁆ to 1500×10⁆ SSU (approximately equivalent to 5 – 1500 cSt). It can also convey other similar lubricating oils or media.
Uses
- Can be used as a transmission pump and booster pump in the oil transfer system.
- Can be used as a fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing, and spraying fuel in the fuel oil system.
- Can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.
Structural Features
- The series pumps mainly consist of internal and external rotors, pump casing, front cover, shaft, bearing, and other components. The internal and external rotors are made of special steel with high hardness and wear resistance after heat treatment. The pump has a compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, and long service life.
- The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system is over – pressured, the safety valve opens to form an internal circulation to ensure system safety.
- The pump unit is composed of a pump, a motor, and a base.
Feature
- It is used in hydraulic systems to deliver non – corrosive lubrication oil at a temperature below 150°C or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibers and with a viscosity of 5 – 1500 cSt.
Application
- In the transfer oil system, it can be used for transmission and as a booster pump.
- In the fuel oil system, it can be used as a transport, pressure, and jet fuel pump.
- In all industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.
Structure
- The BCB series internal meshing cycloidal rotor pump mainly consists of internal and external rotors, pump casing, cover, shaft, bearing, and other components. The internal and external rotors are in the form of a cycloidal gear and its rotor tooth shape. The rotor is made of special alloy powder metallurgy material, with a compact structure, smooth operation, high efficiency, and long service life. The user can also choose pumps with mechanical seals or packing seals according to requirements.
