Lifting Water Bag (also known as proof load water bag)
Lifting water bag is a novel type of proof load test device using water as the test weight. They are designed to verify the load – bearing capacity tests of lifting equipment or load – bearing structures, mainly used for load tests of various ship – mounted cranes, oil drilling platforms, and large lifting equipment in power plants such as bridge cranes. Examples include crane load tests, bridge load tests, lifeboat davit load tests, and gantry crane load tests.
Our lifting water bags are made of specially customized high – strength coated fabric, complying with the international standard requirements of LEEA 051. They have passed the drop tests of the British TUV and obtained BV – type certification. We can also provide certifications from third – party classification societies such as CCS, BV, LR, and ABS.
