ISG Type Vertical Centrifugal Pump
1. Product Introduction
ISG series single – stage single – suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps are the second – generation highly efficient and energy – saving products developed by our company with reference to the performance parameters specified in international standard ISO2858 and national standard JB/T6878.2 – 93, combined with the company’s years of production experience. It is an updated product of IS type single – stage single – suction centrifugal pumps and other types. According to different liquid temperatures, application occasions, and structural characteristics, it has various types such as ISG type pipeline pump, IRG type hot water pipeline pump, IHG type chemical pipeline pump, and YG type oil pipeline pump. The flow range of this series of pumps is 1.5 – 1600m³/h, and the head range is 5 – 125m. It can be divided into various types such as ordinary type, cut – impeller type, and flow – regulating type according to the different impeller forms. It can completely replace the IS type pipeline pump in all application fields.
2. Working Conditions
- Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, the suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa. The pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. When ordering, please indicate the working pressure at the pump inlet. When the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be proposed separately when placing an order so that we can use forged steel for the wetted parts and connection parts in production.
- The ambient temperature is <40℃, and the relative humidity is <95%.
- The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium should not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please indicate it when placing an order. It is recommended to use a hard – alloy mechanical seal.
3. Main Purpose
- ISG vertical centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with a medium temperature not exceeding 80℃. It is applicable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high – rise building pressure – boosting water supply, garden sprinkling, fire – fighting, long – distance water supply, heating, ventilation and air – conditioning circulation, bathroom and other cold – and warm – water circulation pressurization and equipment matching.
- IRG vertical hot – water circulating pump is applicable for energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical industry, textile, paper – making, and restaurants. It is used for boiler feed – water pressurization and circulation in urban heating systems, and the medium temperature does not exceed 120℃.
- IHG type vertical chemical pump is used to transport corrosive liquids. The conveyed medium temperature is usually in the range of – 20℃ – 120℃.
