SNH…Y Welding High – Temperature Structure Three – Spindle Screw Pump
Overview
The SNH…Y welding high – temperature structure three – spindle screw pump is a new type of screw pump developed by our company on the basis of the SN series. The pump body adopts a welded structure, and the pump casing and the front and back covers are welded as a whole. The internal three – spindle structure is formed by combining an active spindle and two driven spindles. The active spindle drives the driven spindles to rotate through meshing. The conveyed medium enters the pump from the suction port, is trapped in the sealed cavity formed between the spindles and the pump casing, and is continuously conveyed to the discharge port along the axial direction of the spindles, forming a continuous, stable, and low – pulsation pressure liquid flow. This pump is mainly used for conveying high – temperature media such as heavy oil, asphalt, resin, and other industrial media with a temperature of ≤280°C. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, fuel depots, and long – distance pipelines, and can also be used for heating and heat – preserving media such as heat – conducting oil.

- Horizontal pump: No additional mark
- Vertical pump: Marked as “V”
- Nominal size: Represented by numbers, such as 20, 25, etc., indicating the nominal size of the pump.
- Direction of rotation: Viewed from the drive end, clockwise rotation is the standard (no mark), counter – clockwise rotation is marked as “S”.
- Spindle angle/Pitch angle: Represented by numbers, such as 30°, 40°, etc.
- Structural characteristics and bearing form: Different codes represent different structural characteristics and bearing forms, such as ESL, E15, E15G, etc.
- Casing/Material: Different codes represent different casing materials, such as W for carbon steel, S for stainless steel, etc.
Installation Dimension Diagram and Baseplate Dimension Diagram
The installation dimension diagram provides detailed dimensions of the pump in different installation forms (horizontal and vertical), including the dimensions of the pump body, shaft, flange, etc., which are important references for pump installation and pipeline connection. The baseplate dimension diagram provides the dimensions of the pump baseplate, which is used for fixing the pump and ensuring the stability of the pump during operation.
Motor and Base Matching Table
The motor and base matching table lists the matching relationships between different pump models and motors, including the motor power, speed, and base size, which helps users select the appropriate motor and base according to the actual working conditions.
