G Series Mono Screw Pump
1. Range of Application
- Liquid with different viscosity, especially the thick medium which is difficult to transfer.
- Liquid with different concentration and dry material which is separated and dehydrated.
- Liquid which contains solid particles, fibre and suspended matter.
- Mixture of liquid, gas and solid.
- Sensitivity liquid which could not be mixed and robbed (likely meant “stirred”).
- Corrosive liquid.
2. Application Fields (Part)
- Petro – industry: Crude oil delivery, oil – gas water mixture conveying system, polymer delivery.
- Chemical industry and refining: All kinds of emulsion, suspension, polymer and its monomer conveying, acid, alkali and salt solution conveying.
- Environmental engineering: All kinds of sewage, sludge conveying, water supply and drainage of water treatment system.
- Mining engineering: Water – coal slurry and paste – like material conveying, tailings conveying.
- Food industry: Dairy products, beer, beverage, flavoring and food raw material conveying.
- Papermaking industry: Paper pulp, chemical additives conveying.
3. Work Features
- Adaptable to a wide range of materials. It can transport all flowing media and even non – flowing materials.
- Steady flow and pressure, no pulsation.
- Change the speed, so the output flow can be modified. It could be used to measure input.
- It has strong absorb power, low working noise, no leakage and temperature rising.
4. Structure
The general – purpose type is the basic design. It applies to all industries in transferring liquid with different viscosity and concentration.
