CPW-(L) SERIES MARINE VACUUM SEWAGE PUMP
General Description
The marine CPW-(L) (vacuum) Sewage Pump is an electric horizontal vacuum discharge pump (abbreviated as vacuum Sewage Pump). The CPW-(L) type (vacuum) Sewage Pump is a vacuum Sewage Pump equipped with a shredding device, featuring compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, reliable quality, and easy installation and maintenance. Its working principle involves first shredding paper debris and large particles in the sewage through the shredding device. Then, via the rotational motion of the spiral impeller, a liquid ring is formed along the inner wall of the pump casing. The lower inner surface of the liquid ring is tangent to the hub of the spiral impeller, while the upper inner surface contacts the top of the spiral impeller. This creates a progressive crescent-shaped cavity between the suction end and the pressure end, into which air and sewage are drawn and continuously discharged from the pump.
It is designed for use in Sewage Treatment Plant such as ships, high-speed trains, aviation, and civil applications, specifically for toilet sewage disposal. This pump is capable of suction and pressure delivery of feces, urine, and other Sewage. It integrates vacuum, shredding, and pressure delivery functions into a single vacuum Sewage Pump.
