Our advanced Compact BWMS Unit utilizes a fully chemical-free, two-stage treatment process to ensure IMO and USCG compliance while protecting marine ecosystems. The system combines an automatic self-cleaning filter with a powerful medium-pressure UV unit, effectively removing and inactivating organisms, sediments, bacteria, and pathogens without harmful byproducts.
During ballasting, water passes through the filter and UV reactor for full treatment. During de-ballasting, water is re-treated through the UV unit only, preventing bacterial regrowth and ensuring safe discharge. This efficient process requires no chemicals, eliminates corrosion risks, and reduces environmental impact.
