Three-Stage Separation Technology
1. Primary Treatment – Gravity Separation

2. Secondary Processing – Depth Filtration
The pre-treated water passes through high-efficiency fiber filters that capture remaining oil particles and fine contaminants through advanced adsorption technology.
3. Final Polishing – Membrane Permeation
Our integrated 15ppm oil content monitor continuously analyzes water quality. If oil levels exceed limits, the system automatically activates third-stage membrane treatment for final purification. Non-compliant water is recirculated through automated pneumatic valves.
