3G Three Screw Pump
1. Range of Application
It applies to deliver clean and non – corrosive medium which has lubricating property at temperatures below 150°C with a viscosity of 3 – 760cSt. The pump’s working pressure ranges from 0.6MPa to 2.5MPa and flow rate ranges from 0.6 – 123m³/h. They are mainly suitable for fuel delivery, hydraulic engine rings in shipping engineering, petrochemical and other industry fields.
2. Feature
(1) Medium is delivered in axial direction continuously without agitation and pulsation.
(2) Small vibration and low noise.
(3) High pressure and high efficiency.
(4) Simple structure, easy disassembly and assembly.
(5) Small volume and light weight.
(6) Slight wear and long life of the pump.
3. Structure
The pumps are sealed generally by mechanical seal and driven by the motor through the claw coupling.
4. Material
Main screw: 40Cr, 38CrMoAl; Pump casing: HT200, QT450 – 10, ZCuSn10P1, ZG270 – 500.
According to the Application Modes Three Screw Pump is Divided into Five Series
Series and Main Application
- 3G Series: Deliver 30°E lubricating oil, temperature ≤80°C; Lab oil vis 3 – 20°E; temp ≤80°C. Performance scope: Flow 0.6 – 570m³/h, Pressure 2.5MPa.
- 3Gr Series: Deliver 1.5 – 5°E light fuel oil, temperature ≤120°C; Light fuel oil vis 1.2 – 5°E; temp ≤120°C. Performance scope: Flow 0.6 – 570m³/h, Pressure 1.6MPa.
- 3GW Series: Deliver high – temperature heated oil, temperature ≤150°C; High temp fuel heated oil; temp ≤150°C. Performance scope: Flow 0.6 – 363m³/h, Pressure 1.6MPa.
- 3GN Series: Deliver 100°E high – viscosity oil, temperature ≤80°C; High vis oil 100°E; temp ≤80°C. Performance scope: Flow 0.6 – 636m³/h, Pressure 2.5MPa.
