How It Works – Three-Stage Oil-Water Separation

Gravity Separation – Bilge water enters the first chamber, where large oil droplets are separated via gravity.

Coalescing Filtration – Smaller oil particles (≥0.5µ) are agglomerated into larger ones using a coalescer for easy removal.

Final Polishing – If needed, a third-stage dialysis unit ensures even emulsified oils are extracted to achieve consistent ≤15ppm purity.
Collected oil is automatically discharged to the sludge tank, ensuring continuous operation with minimal manual intervention.
