Marine low-pressure air bottles are mainly used to store compressed air and supply startup or air whistles for the main engine and auxiliary engine, as well as for other miscellaneous uses.
Two types based on installation form:

Type A: Vertical or inclined air bottles

Type B: Horizontal air bottles
Structure – Type A
Type A vertical or inclined air bottles are mainly composed of a bottle head valve and a steel cylinder body, with a handhole (or manhole) on the cylinder body for easy cleaning and maintenance. The bottle head valve is equipped with an intake valve, an exhaust valve, a safety valve, a pressure gauge and pressure gauge valve, a relief valve, etc.
Structure – Type B
Type B horizontal air bottles are mainly composed of a steel cylinder, a head, a manhole device, an inlet valve, an exhaust valve, a safety valve, a pressure gauge and pressure gauge valve, a relief valve, and an installation base.
Ordering Information
The specifications of air bottles are distinguished by volume and working pressure.

Can be selected according to CB/T493-1998.

Non-standard air bottles can be designed and manufactured according to given parameters.
