CPW type vacuum sewage pump
CPW type vacuum sewage pump is a kind of sewage pump with a crushing device. It has a compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, reliable quality, and is easy to install and maintain.
The working principle is first crushing the large granular substances in the sewage with the crushing device, then through the rotation of the spiral impeller, the sewage is pressurized in the flow channel, the lower inner surface of the upper impeller is close to the suction port, the upper inner surface is close to the spiral impeller, and the sewage is pressed into a spiral shape. The working principle is that the paper scraps and large particles in the sewage are first crushed by the crushing device. Then, through the rotation of the spiral impeller, a liquid ring is formed on the inner wall of the pump body. The lower inner surface of the liquid ring is tangent to the hub of the spiral impeller, and the upper inner surface is in contact with the top of the spiral impeller. Thus, a gradually increasing concentric-shaped cavity is formed from the suction port to the discharge port. The sewage is sucked into this cavity and continuously discharged from the pump body.
It is suitable for sewage treatment systems in ships, high-speed railways, aviation, and civil life, especially designed for toilet sewage in ships. It is a vacuum sewage pump that integrates vacuum, crushing, and pressurization.
