- Thermotolerant coliforms not exceed 100 coliforms /100mL
- Total suspended solids (TSS) Not exceed 35 mg/L
- BOD₅ without nitrification Not exceed 25 mg/L
- Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) Not exceed 125 mg/L
- PH between 6 and 8.5
- Residual chlorine Not exceed 0.5 mg/L
The HBNA series sewage treatment plant employs a combination of oxidative degradation, membrane microfiltration, and physical disinfection to treat wastewater from marine toilets, galleys, and bathrooms (also applicable to institutions, schools, hotel residences, and industrial and mining enterprises).
Compared with similar products, this plant features compact size, light weight, streamlined structure, no secondary pollution, and easy operation.
The treated water discharged by this plant complies with the emission standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Revised MARPOL 73/78 Convention, specifically in accordance with IMO MEPC.227(64) “2012 Guidelines for the Implementation of Standards and Performance Tests for Sewage Treatment Plant Discharges” and Articles 5.2.2 and 5.2.4 of GB3552-2018 “Emission Standards for Water Pollutants from Ships”.
The product has obtained type approval from the following organizations: China Classification Society (CCS), European Commission (EC), Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), Korean Register of Shipping (KR), Vietnam Register (VR), and China Ship Inspection Bureau (ZC/ZY).

About MEPC.227/(64)
The International Maritime Organization (IMO) Maritime Environmental Protection Committee formally adopted the resolution of IMO.MEPC.227(64) on October 5, 2012, which made the requirements of MARPOL 73/78 International Pollution Prevention Convention Annex IV on ship domestic sewage treatment devices. With the new requirements, from January 1, 2016, all domestic sewage treatment devices for new and existing ships must meet the requirements of this Convention.
