SYMT – 03 Fire Retardant Spring Mattress with DNV Certification

• Overall size: W800D2000H150mm
• Spring Mattress size: width and length can be custom – made, thickness usually from 120 – 250mm.
• Composition:
  • 100% Fire Retardant Polyester
  • Fire Retardant Sponge
  • Spring
• Space: Captain & Crew & Cabin
• Can offer DNV certification.
• Spring options: Bonnell spring or pocket spring can be chosen.

Spring Mattress with DNV certification (Item No.: D0601)

• Composition:
  1. Cover material: full – polyester fabric
  2. Sponge
  3. Non – woven fabric
  4. Thermal blanket
  5. Pocket spring inner core
• Package: flat package or rolled package
• Spring mattress inner details:
  • Independent pocket spring for rolled package (inner diameter (D1): 60mm)
  • Coil Spring for Flat package (inner diameter (D1): 40mm)
  • Add sponge to 4 edges to make sure each sides will be soft.

Sponge Mattress with DNV certification (Item No.: D0801)

• Composition:
  1. flame retardant fabric
  2. flame retardant sponge 9mm
  3. 20 grams/square meter of non – woven fabric
  4. 30 – 180mm thickness of flame retardant sponge 30KG/square meter
• Total mattress thickness: 50 – 200mm
• Package: flat package or rolled package

Topper

• Same as the above sponge mattress in terms of basic type, just the thickness is 50mm. Each corner has an elastic strap.

Curtain Fabric

• Applicable spaces: can for bed and window in Captain & Crew & Cabin
• Material: 100% Fire Retardant Polyester, blackout
• Curtain pleats: 1:1.5; 1:1.8; 1:2.0; 1:2.5
• Curtain types:
  • Straight curtain for front (one piece from one side to another side)
  • Straight curtain for front (two piece from side to middle)
  • L Shape Curtain for one side and front
  • U Shape Curtain for two sides and front

  • For pillow cover size: 450×700mm
