GBK Typing Chemical Centrifugal Pump, White Clay Decolorizing Pump
1. Brief Introduction
- The pump adopts an international standard design, featuring a conical impeller structure suitable for conveying liquids containing particles and suspensions.
- It has a horizontal radial split, with a door – type structure. Assembly and disassembly can be done without removing the pipeline pump and motor. It has a high head, small flow, and low cavitation allowance.
- The pump shaft seal adopts dynamic and mechanical seals, ensuring safety and reliability.
- The impeller cover wear parts can be replaced conveniently and quickly, reducing production costs for repairs.
- The pump rotor has axial compensation to improve service life.
2. Application Scope
The GBK – type chemical centrifugal pump, a white clay decolorizing pump, is applicable to the chemical, oil, grease, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries. It is used for the production and transportation of solid – particle – containing liquids (up to 10% solid particles) and various suspensions. It can transport various corrosive liquids. The transmission medium temperature is -20 DEG – 180 DEG, and special structures can reach 350 DEG C.
