Super Cone Rubber Fender

Super Cone Rubber Fenders are the 3rd generation of Cell Fenders, featuring optimal performance and efficiency. The conical body shape renders the Cone Rubber Fender highly stable, even at large compression angles. These fenders are available in a wide range of standard sizes to meet multi – berthing conditions.

Advantages

  • Big deflection, high performance: They offer a large deflection range while maintaining high – performance levels, effectively absorbing impact energy.
  • Can support large panels: Capable of providing support to large – sized panels, enhancing the overall protection system.
  • Better performance on angle compression, no performance loss under 10 degrees: Exhibit superior performance during angular compression, with no significant loss of performance when the compression angle is below 10 degrees.
  • Wide range sizes, can meet multi – design: Come in a variety of sizes, allowing for flexible design options to suit different port and berthing requirements.

Application

  • Container and Bulk Terminals
  • Oil, Gas and LNG Terminals
  • General cargo terminal
  • Cruise terminal
  • Ferry and Ro – Ro Terminals
  • Offshore platforms
  • Multi – user berth
  • Navy
