Graphite Filler Ring
Graphite filler ring is molded from flexible graphite or flexible graphite textile filler, and metal materials can be added for reinforcement. The two are often used in combination. They are suitable for static sealing parts under high – temperature conditions and can be used in all media except for king – water (likely a typo, may refer to a specific aggressive medium) and strong oxidizing acids. They can be customized by drawing.
- Operating Temperature: 450°C (oxidizing atmosphere), 650°C (non – oxidizing atmosphere)
- Operating Pressure: 25Mpa
They are applicable for mechanical seals in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power generation, and can be used to seal steam, hot water, oil, petroleum, carbon – hydrogen compounds, chemicals, solvents, etc. They are commonly used in water pumps and valves.
